A door stuck wide open at night. A car trapped before work. A door hanging crooked off its track. Some garage door problems can't wait for business hours, and that's what our emergency line is for.
The emergency visit has one job first: make your home secure and the door safe. That means getting a stuck-open door closed and locked, disconnecting a malfunctioning opener, or safely supporting an off-track door. If the full repair can be completed on the spot (most spring, cable, sensor, and reseat jobs can) we do it. If parts are needed, you're left secured, not gaping, until we return.
Evening and weekend calls carry a modest after-hours premium. That's industry-standard and we say it upfront on the phone, not on the invoice. What you won't get is emergency-markup games on the parts themselves. The quote comes before the wrench, even at 9pm.
Call the emergency line, then close and lock the interior door to your house while you wait. Most stuck-open doors are a sensor, opener, or spring fault we can resolve or secure the same visit.
Trapped-vehicle calls get priority dispatch. In many cases we can also walk you through the manual release safely by phone, though with a broken spring, don't lift the door by hand; its full weight is no longer counterbalanced.
